Client engagements

Vox Dei works across strategy, design, engineering, applied AI and People & Judgement. Specialist talent sourcing is offered separately.

A written engagement agreement defines the scope, responsibilities, acceptance criteria, fees, payment, intellectual property, confidentiality, liability, handover and any other applicable service terms. Governing law and dispute arrangements are addressed in that agreement, subject to mandatory law.

An engagement may cover a defined project, ongoing support or specialist sourcing. Its written agreement sets the responsibilities, service arrangements and commercial terms.

Engagement funding

Fees, deposits, milestones, recurring charges and change-control terms are agreed in writing before work begins. Additional scope and specialist costs are agreed for the relevant engagement.

Privacy and enquiries
